I am an ICF-trained Leadership Coach with nearly 20 years’ experience in international business. I coach clients from a diverse range of businesses and backgrounds and from all over the world. I am also an expert on Banking, Consulting and UK Public sector organisations.
I support leaders from middle management to C-suite on all their priority topics, such as challenging leadership environments, change leadership, onboarding/role transitions, interview preparation, values-based leadership and interpersonal dynamics. I also offer a specialist coaching service for so-called “Abrasive Leaders” and lead research on the factors that help busy professionals thrive whilst juggling multiple demanding roles.
My professional background includes many years at McKinsey London in fast-paced client-facing roles and designing and managing global change programmes.
