Joanna is an experienced executive coach working with leaders globally to achieve their organizational objectives and create sustainable leadership change. She is MCC accredited through the ICF with a Masters accreditation and over 3,900 hours of coaching, one of approx. 95 MCC coaches in the UK. Joanna has been an Executive Coach for 21 years and owns Distinctions Executive Coaching, coaching executives and leadership teams globally.
She works on strategic and leadership transitions with her clients, her approach includes integral coaching, somatic intelligence, systemic constellations for business; and she is an advanced Enneagram assessment teacher, facilitating 1:1 and Enneagram team workshops; ensuring that she remains current in the learning of these disciplines, maintaining a depth of knowledge in her coaching, receiving bimonthly supervision.
Joanna worked in Corporate Banking with Citigroup for 10 years, for some time as a Senior VP overseeing Multinational clients across industry sectors. She partly managed the Multinational business segment for CEEMEA from Brussels and London for some months, covering 16 industries across 38 countries. Her previous experience as a Vice President in international banking allows her to understand key issues in the corporate and banking world and how they relate to a corporate client’s business environment.
