Whilst working in BBC Recruitment, I trained with the award winning Career Counselling Services as a Career Counsellor and Career Coach and in 2010 changed career and established my own Career Coaching practice. 


I have built a strong portfolio of personal, business and corporate clients, working with individuals, SME’s and global outplacement organisations.


I have trained with the world-class Coaching Training School, Barefoot Coaching and completed their Accredited Coach Training Program and became an Accredited Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation


My passions and values are all centred around working with integrity, helping others to achieve meaning and success and working with a sense of purpose.
