Coach Profile
About me:
I’m a qualified coach, embodied communication practitioner and facilitator. I offer a tailored approach that will help to identify your goals, work out how to address anything getting in the way of you reaching them, and develop tools and resources to take away and use whenever you need them. I use a Whole Person approach, bringing awareness of head, heart and body as we develop tools and skills that will help you to reach your goals. I specialise in supporting people to communicate with courage, confidence and authenticity. I also help leaders and frontline workers to prevent burnout and manage vicarious trauma.
One of the most important aspects of coaching is the relationship between coach and client – an alliance that’s built on trust, psychological safety and warmth can be transformative. This is something I pay close attention to, and have developed over many years of supporting people through a wide range of challenges, both in coaching work and in previous roles in the third sector.
Where I work:
I am based in South East London and offer in-person sessions here. I also offer online sessions, and one-off or less frequent sessions elsewhere in the U.K. – please contact me to enquire.
Who I work with:
Leaders and frontline workers in social projects/causes who may be at risk of burnout
People experiencing anxiety about communicating or performing
Professionals struggling to speak up or challenge in the workplace
People considering making life changes to reflect their needs, values and identity
People who want to feel more confident about showing up as their authentic self
